Everything was very good. Very comfortable stay, clean room and good breakfast, central to where I was working. Very frendly staff, always had a smile. Will stay again
Could do with a face lift outside.
It was very nice. and all the staff were kind and helpfull. It makes a diffence when all the staff are so kind and help you in any way.. that is the only way to run a Hotel.every thing was so clean. plenty of parking spaces. I would think any one that has stayed there would want to come back. If the price is right the people will come to you. you can delete any part of this if you are not happy with it. thank for every thing. Jonny Power
The attentive staff was excellent. The bar food is of a really high quality.
The old fashioned awkward shower and the fact that there was no decent shampoo or shower wash. But this is just nit picking as overall the standards were very high
Very friendly staff - Excellent food - The hotel gives great value for money - Very accessible when travelling by car from Munster area - Excellent bus service to city centre and back.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel - See above
I did not like to old fashioned lift which was also very slow and small. The room was also quite cold, but I was warm under the covers.
The staff were very welcoming when we arrived following a long trip from Australia. Throughout our nine day stay we were helped with every eventuality - lost clothing, glasses and nothing was a trouble to them. We were very impressed.
The only thing thing I would fault was the changing of the linen which happened on the day before we left which was a nine day stay. I had begun to feel very grubby. While we didn't expect daily linen changes. And the towels were changed I might add, I did think a little sooner would have been acceptable.
Good food and very friendly staff. Its location for a goods night sleep is also a factor. It also gives good value for money which now days is vital.
Staff were lovely and so was breakfast, lots of really hot water for a shower when i arrived in the afternoon.
room was a bit chilly till the heat came on around teatime, the selection of tv stations was limited to say the least.
comfort, parking space, breakfast very good and excellent cheff, dinning area very conmfortable
size room is good, but bathroom in future the room am staying bath tap should change to shower to give room to toilet seat to have A bit of space, to sit down.
Great location just outside the city. Good value for money . also the food was very good we had an evening meal in the bar which was reasonable and the full irish breakfast was top notch too.
There was a function on the evening we stayed which was noisy , we were on the first floor and were unable to sleep as a result.
It was a lovely hotel the breakfast was lovely and staff where very friendly.
nothing was fine for me and my family.
I found this hotel to be very customer focused and the food was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and courteous at all times. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for money with a superb breakfast.
Location mainly bus service good into Dublin
Very outdated rooms considering I had last been at this hotel about 5 years ago was very 70s style. Breakfast poor choice no fresh fruit, croissants, Irish breakfast really greasy. SO I tried the boiled egg next morning yolk was hard. Need fresh air windows in dining area too dull and stuffy? Also bathroom ceiling cracked room122
comfortable rooms and friendly staff - food was lovely too - we ate in the restaurant and bar, all really nice including breakfast
The hotel room was gruby and didnt look anything like what was on the website, there were stains on the bed sheets.. It was more like a hostel than a hotel, u cud hear every noise outside the doors even the cleaners.. absolute rip off.. wouldnt be back, im not a complainer and I was only looking somewhere to put my head down but for 90 euro, it was stinking!
